Our Story

Baja Fire & EMS was founded on a shared vision- to bridge the gap in emergency response training and resources across the Baja California peninsula. What began as a small group of firefighters, paramedics, and physicians volunteering their time has grown into a binational effort dedicated to strengthening fire protection and emergency medical services for every community, no matter how remote.

Across Baja California and Baja California Sur, first responders often face emergencies with limited training, outdated equipment, and few opportunities for continued education. We saw skilled, courageous firefighters and medics doing extraordinary work with what little they had- and we knew we could help.

Our team began visiting fire stations, hospitals, and rural clinics, delivering bilingual instruction, modern tools, and simulation-based training. From airway management to fire rescue, from high-performance CPR to neonatal resuscitation, every class is built on one principle: empower local responders to save lives with confidence and skill.

Today, Baja Fire & EMS continues to grow through partnerships with fire departments, hospitals, and universities across Mexico. Together, we provide high-quality education, hands-on training, and essential equipment to the responders who protect their communities every day.
